Deadline for early registration: December, 31th 2018
The school registration fee (early registration) is 300 CHF per person. Late registration will cost 400 CHF. The school registration fee covers:
- Abstracts, booklets, pens, social activities.
Participants have to register and pay the registration fee on the CSF Online Platform. Registration and payment of the registration fee have to be done one right after the other (in one go). Payment of the registration fee on the CSF Online Platform is possible only via Credit Card (MasterCard, Vi-sa, American Express, Diners).

After the registration and payment of registration fee, two E-mails will be sent for confirmation:
- A first E-mail confirming the payment
- A second E-mail generated by the CSF Online Platform containing a unique "Conference Code".
Participants will have to use this Code to book and pay for their meals and bedroom (accommodation fee information and payment at this page) on the dedicated web page of the venue hotel, the Hotel and Conference Center Monte Verità.
Note that the payment for registration and accommodation fees are separated.
During the registration, participants are invited to upload a short abstract summarizing their research and interests in Urban Physics. Participants will be also invited to present their research in front of the class in a clear and concise manner with the support of some slides. Information about the timing and how to upload the slides will be given later on.
